On September 19, 2022, Wuxi Xishan District Bureau of Commerce and Jiangsu Province High Access Equipment Association, together with Xishan District Electric Vehicle Foreign Trade Association, held the Xishan District Enterprise International Compliance and Response Publicity Conference. At the meeting, Mr. Ni Jianlin, senior partner of Beijing Dacheng (Shanghai) Law Firm, was specially invited to share special topics with the enterprise, explaining in detail the new changes in the international economic and trade environment, mainly including the following five aspects.

At the meeting, Ni Jianlin emphatically introduced the legislation and promotion background of the Uighur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), shared the scope of the enterprise's restricted products in UFLPA, the list of UFLPA entities, and the principle of "rebuttable presumption", the most important provision in the act, and brought wonderful analysis and explanation to the enterprise in terms of supply chain due diligence, supply chain traceability, supply chain management, and enterprise response measures. The enterprise representatives present at the meeting also actively asked questions about the export precautions of the US market and the Russian market, and Lawyer Ni answered them one by one in detail.
This training has effectively improved the enterprise's understanding of risk avoidance and coping ability, which has been well evaluated by the enterprise.
